Unfortunately staff not very friendly. Food is normal, not worth a star. There are far better places in the Hanover area. After a break of a few months, we were back at the beginning of the year to try out with friends. Do not repeat the same opinion for now. A pity

Birthday dinner for my boyfriend’s parents at Ole Deele. 5-course tasting menu with 4 amuse bouche and 2 extra desserts. Local German ingredients with molecular techniques - an experimental experience on the palate, innovative yet traditional, exquisite yet intimate. Highly recommended if you are in Germany around Hanover region.

Everything perfect from reservation to service, hospitality, ambiance, creative food (skillful staging, superber taste, fine tuning) drinks and graduation. A must comeback! Thanks !!

Many Thanks. It was a great evening for our acquaintance and ourselves at your home. We were with you for the first time and were received attentively and personally. The dishes were prepared and served excellent. It was innovative that the dishes were served by the chefs and that a conversation with the chefs was possible at the end of the evening. Brilliant ! Unfortunately, the sommelier disappointed us. The wines were selected and served to match the courses. Everything perfect. In terms of interpersonal relationships, however, it wasn't right between us and the sommelier let us feel it. He walked away from us more than three times in conversation and just left. This is also how you can convey a message to your customers. It annoyed us, but we quickly pushed this emotion aside, otherwise it would have disturbed us in the evening. So, ... we'll be back, ... we'd love to do it and we're looking forward to it.

We had a wonderful evening for our anniversary. Incredibly good food, competent but relaxed, sympathetic service, nice ambience. Nothing to complain about!

Great terrace great wines and also non-alcoholic alternatives! Great cinema while eating, everything has hand and foot, tastes perfect and is in a nutshell. Always happy

A nice evening with a star chef we will not forget so fast

We were there for the entry-level menu for people under 30, an idea that I really like. The food was really great and totally diverse and innovative. The ambience was very pleasant, even though it got a bit loud and restless at a packed restaurant. Another point that I would like to criticize is simply that the service lady made us feel that we are beginners. When I asked whether there was a certain food in the menu, I was referred to the menu. But if it only says "Sorbet", it's not obvious what it consists of. I then asked the cook later, who was happy to answer that. The cooks have also made a lot more effort to explain the dishes. With the sommelier, the explanations were wonderful too. Overall, I found the food and wines to be great, so I decided to rate the restaurant as "Excellent", even though the service made us feel only partially welcome. But since this was a unique impression and everyone can have a "bad day", it wouldn't be a reason for me not to come back.

Absolutely recommendable ❤️👍 very nice service, the ambiance was totally comfortable first class wine and the food was the cracker! ️ You have to prepare for crazy things like carrot ice, that I would normally never touched, but I still can today taste awesome, I know since gestures what Frank Rosin means when he speaks of a taste explosion ... Just crazy ... We will definitely be back, thank you! ️👍❤️

Outstanding. .really great food and wine

In northern Germany one of the best opportunities to dine. We had reserved a 4-course menu following a Father's Day Tour in Celle. For each course, there was also an extra greeting from the kitchen deserves special praise, see photo. We had Wedemark trout (reminiscent of Aalrauch-Matjes) with a little too cold "potato ice cream", a red mullet, which is already worth 2 Michelin stars - delicious !!!, Challans-duck (in which I cross my skin fried) and a rhubarb dessert, see photo, which shows why Nico Kuckenburg was voted Pastry Chef of the Year in this year's final selection. My chair had its best time and should be upholstery, but the creativity and quality of the food and also the service there is nothing to complain about.
